Dukes Village Development is a community-based organization dedicated to serving individuals and families requiring a diverse array of services. These services encompass probationary support, day and evening reporting, family assistance, and aid for individuals with developmental disabilities necessitating day and evening reporting.

The organization emphasizes various services, including employment support, ongoing education, life skills development, independent living skills training, financial literacy instruction, and promoting community involvement.

Vocational Academy

Day Reporting Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Evening Reporting Hours:

Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Referrals for Community-Based Services should be directed to Dukes Village Service Admissions via email at dvd@dukesvillage.org. Following this, the Dukes Admin will assess the referrals from families and provide a decision within 24 hours. Subsequently, notifications to the agency or families will be conveyed through phone or email by the Dukes Admin.

Families must receive guidance from a collaborating agency, a contracting agency, or operate independently under a contracted agreement.

Applicants should be prepared to undergo a compulsory in-house orientation at Dukes, familiarizing themselves with the organization's policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.

This program is designed for youth awaiting adjudication and individuals and families engaged with the court system. The agency offers family support, day and evening reporting, and UA services to aid parents in meeting court requirements, along with providing additional family support services. The program aims to help families maintain organization and access services or resources that enable them to become successful

Home Health

Care

A community-based program designed to support individuals aged 65 and above or those requiring assistance to maintain independence in their residences. The program offers homemaker services and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) that meet the criteria for the Medicard AD Waiver.
